Manufacturing companies in the DACH Mittelstand are sitting on a great deal of valuable data, and almost none of them are using it well. I've spent the last few months talking to plant managers, controllers, and owners across the region, most recently at Hannover Messe last week, and the pattern is consistent. The data exists.
