What We Collect

Website Analytics (Umami)

We use Umami, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics tool that we self-host on EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany).

  • No cookies are set
  • No personal data is collected — IP addresses are not stored
  • No cross-site tracking — each visit is anonymous
  • Data never leaves our EU servers
  • Umami is fully GDPR-compliant without requiring consent

Contact Form (Formspree)

When you submit our contact form, the data you enter (name, email, company, message) is processed by Formspree and forwarded to us via email. This processing is based on your active consent (you clicked "Send"). Formspree's privacy policy applies to their handling of this data.

No Third-Party Requests

This website does not load any resources from third-party servers. All fonts, stylesheets, and scripts are self-hosted. No data is transmitted to Google, Cloudflare, or any other third party when you visit our pages.

Hosting

Our website is hosted on Hetzner (Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany) on EU-based servers. Hetzner may process standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) as our data processor. These logs are used solely for security and operational purposes.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access any personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
  • Lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde)

Since we collect virtually no personal data through normal website usage, these rights primarily apply to data you actively submit via the contact form.
